Frequently Asked Questions

1. Are you still an active clinician?

I continue to practice interventional pain management in the State of Florida on a part-time basis while actively participating in expert witness testimonials for my treated patients.

2. When did you begin working as an expert witness consultant?

My first medico-legal testimony case was in 2021 as a treating provider for my personal injury protection (PIP) patient with subsequent PIP cases in 2024.

3. Which type of expert witness testimony cases do you prefer?

I have an extensive clinical practice background in O.R. Anesthesiology & Interventional Pain Medicine as former Anesthesiologist-in-Chief at Lake City, Cincinnati & Huntington acute care VA medical centers as well as in Emergency Medicine. I prefer being consulted for adverse outcome cases in these acute & chronic care fields, i.e., medical malpractice (plantiff & defense), PIP, errors in pharmacologic management, etc.
